1. Delivery Coverage

  • Marivelle Home ships to a wide range of international destinations, including:

    Southeast Asia, United Kingdom, United States, and most parts of Europe.

2. Delivery Timeframes

 

  • Order Processing:
    Orders are typically processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.

 

  • Shipping & Delivery:
    Estimated shipping time is 4–6 weeks depending on destination, shipping schedules, and customs clearance.

 

  • Tracking Information:
    Once your order has been dispatched, a shipping confirmation with tracking details will be sent to you via email.

 

  • Delays:
    Delivery timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to factors beyond our control such as shipping carrier schedules, port congestion, customs clearance, weather conditions, or peak seasons.

 

  • Customs & Duties:

    Marivelle Atelier will cover all import duties, taxes, and customs fees associated with your order. You will not be charged any additional fees upon delivery.


  • Shipping Start Date:
    The shipping timeframe begins once the order has been processed and dispatched, not from the date the order is placed.

 

3. Delivery Method

  • Orders are delivered via third-party logistics providers.

  • Standard delivery is ground-level or curbside drop-off.

  • In some locations, building access limitations may apply.

  • Ensure address accessibility and someone present during delivery; redelivery fees may apply if missed. 

 

4. Order Tracking

  • You’ll be notified by email when your item has shipped.

  • Tracking may be provided through the logistics partner or coordinated manually by the Dextra team.

5. Packaging & Assembly

  • Products are securely packaged for international shipping.

  • Assembly instructions are included where applicable.

  • Some items may need simple assembly upon arrival.

  • Keep original packaging if you plan to return the product — returns usually require the original packaging. 

 

6. Damaged or Incorrect Deliveries

  • If the item arrives damaged or incorrect, you must notify Marivelle Home within 48 hours of delivery.

  • Provide clear photos of the issue.

  • Marivelle Home will then assess and help arrange a suitable resolution.
